Breadth design 1: Collaborative Blanket
This idea was inspired by the London-based SNUG group's knit model map of the Stoke Newington Commons- over 20 people contributed to that project.
I wanted to design a similar collaborative knitting project that celebrated an aspect of London such as its diversity.

Breadth design 2: Community Board
As I visited different yarn shops across London, employees would often write down information for me about meetings or cool places they wanted to recommend to me.
This got me thinking about ways in which written information could be valued and displayed to the knitting community.

Breadth design 3: Commissions App
Having a knitting commissions app could be a good way to connect non-knitting Londoners with their neighbors that knit. In a world of fast fashion, slower and more local means of production are becoming increasingly valued.
